Beautiful and premium
Susono Country Club is one of the golf courses in Japan located closest to Mount Fuji, and very historic golf course where professional golf tournaments are also held.
Golfclub membership
Susono Country Club is a members-only golf course and normally non-members are not allowed to play.
Fuji Pacific Golf Tours has a special partnership with Susono Country Club, which allows us to offer golf tours to tourists.

Tour fees and green fees must be paid.

A deposit of 10,000 yen(About $70) is required to secure a tee time by online payment, and the remaining fee can be paid on the morning of the day by credit card.

About lunch and bath at the clubhouse in Japan
Bath
Unlike overseas courses, in Japan it is common to take a bath after playing.
In fact, many players look forward to this bath.
Most of the courses have a splendid public bath, and some of them draw real natural hot spring water.
It refreshes sweat in the hot summer and warms your
cold body from the core in the cold winter.
Of course, it's free!
Don't forget to change your clothes!
※However, people with tattoos are not allowed to bath.

Lunch
Overseas golf courses generally play through 18 holes, but in Japan, usually take a lunch break of about 1 hour after playing 9 holes.
At Susono Country Club, we offer a variety of delicious lunch options using fresh local fish and vegetables, at an additional charge. (Some golf courses include a basic lunch in the playing fee)
Basically, tea and water are free of charge, but you can also order other soft drinks and alcoholic drinks for an extra fee.
If you're playing on a hot day, it's best to have a cold beer at lunch!
About golf cart in Japan
Most of the courses are equipped with a free use cart with a remote control and a GPS course guide monitor.
You can move and stop the cart on the cart path by remote control without a driver.
GPS monitor always shows you the exact distance to the cart or pin in front of you, and helping you speed up your play.
Also, there are some courses where you can drive freely on the fairway with a cart. (not so many)
The course is basically self-play, but you can also play with a caddy if requested. (additional charges apply)
Schedule for the day
Fuji-Pacific Golf Tours strongly recommends booking for weekdays!!
Playing golf on weekends and holidays can be difficult to secure a course, especially a good start time, due to the flood of making reservations for many people.
In addition, the playing fee will be significantly higher, so our tour fee will be $50 more.
The playing pace will be slow due to the crowds on the course, and there will be heavy traffic jams on the highway on holidays, in which case the return time to the hotel will be greatly delayed.
For these reasons, we do not recommend booking golf on holidays.
Time table
We will pick you up at your hotel around 6:00 to 7:00 AM.
The round will start around 8:00 to 9:30.
It seems too early, but if it is later than this time, it will be dark at the end of the game in winter, and there will be traffic jams on the way back, which can cause you to arrive at the hotel quite late.
If we have normal traffic, you will be able to return the hotel about between17:00 and 18:00, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner in Tokyo at your leisure.
The hotels we can pick you up
We can pick you up anywhere in central Tokyo (within the 23 wards) or in the center of Kawasaki City or Yokohama City.
If the hotel where we pick you up is too far from the metropolitan area, we may charge you an additional fee.
We provide private transportation for just your group.

Fuji-Pacific Golf Tours operates as a guide business.
Our pick-up and drop-off service is just a free transfer service for guiding you to playing golf.
So, we do not charge you as transportation costs from the tour fee.
If you wish, you can come to the golf course on your own without using the pick-up service.
In this case, we only guide you at the golf course.
However, the guide fee is the same as with a transfer.
