Reservation & Cancellation

Apply through "Contact us" below

After you pay the deposit, we will secure your tee time

Complete the remaining payment by 1 week before the play date

Confirm whether to cancel or not 3 days in advance

Confirmed if no cancellation

Please apply with your name, number of people, and desired play date.

We may not be able to secure your reservation on a day that is already booked by another customer.

A deposit of 10,000 yen is required.(About $70 at recent rates)

For weekends and holidays reservations, the cancellation deadline is 7 days in advance.

If you cancel before the deadline, the full amount including the deposit will be refunded.

Payment method
Only credit cards can be used.
Please follow the link in the email we will send you to complete the payment process.
Payments are made via payment company called "Square", and you can pay without us knowing your credit card data.

All additional fees incurred at the golf course must be paid by you after playing, along with the playing fee.

If you buy something from us, you can pay us with a credit card or cash.
Cancellation
You can cancel up to 3pm. 3 days in advance for weekday reservations and 7 days in advance for weekends and holidays.
If you cancel before the deadline, you will receive a refund of the full amount of reservation fee from the payment company after 7 to 20 days. (Refunds will be delayed after the closing date)
However, if you cancel after the deadline, you will not receive a refund.
Refundable situation

When the pick-up vehicle fails to reach the golf course due to a breakdown, accident, or other reasons.

When the golf course is closed due to a typhoon, thunderstorm, snowfall, or other reasons on the golf course side.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to continue playing due to an injury or accident while playing golf, you can not receive a discount or refund on the fees we charge you.
